Hello Shopify community - We are doing a custom order for a customer - meaning their specific products are not yet on our site - and they will only be ordering 1 time per year. I have their orders via spreadsheet. Is there a way to do a mass import / upload - and create the products (not visible on the site) and create customer orders / invoices en mass without having to enter everything manually?

You can do bulk import products with the spreadsheet in CSV file.
But at the moment you cant upload order, you can only make an order within shopify

We have an app available called the Ablestar Bulk Product Editor that also allows you to create new products from a CSV file.
The app currently has a free version available that allows for 5 edits in any 30day period, and each edit can consist of up to all the products on your store, so you can try it out without incurring any costs.
On the free version of the app you are limited to creating 100 products at a time, but it does provide some extra functionality that the Shopify import feature does not. The Ablestar Bulk Product Editor keeps a history of the imports and edits, and it allows you to pull up the newly created products to edit or delete after the import is complete.
