Imported from DSer Says sold out?

I have tried everything. I import products using DSer but i cant change inventory or nothing inside shopify due to imported from DSer. And the problem i get to is that it says everything in the store all products are sold out. Have tried go to Settings>Location and put in China as the supplier but it doesnt work cuz i need province and i dont know their location i just imported the product using DSer. So dont know how to fix this. Have read about it can be some theme issues? And i use Debutify theme. Please help me!

To fix the issue with products showing as sold out after importing via DSers:

  1. Sync inventory by ensuring DSers is set to automatically update inventory in its settings.
  2. Check Shopify inventory in the Products section, ensuring it’s managed by DSers. If not, re-import or refresh the sync.
  3. In Settings > Locations, make sure the inventory location is enabled. You don’t need to specify the exact location in China.
  4. Review your Debutify theme settings under Online Store > Themes > Customize to ensure products aren’t hidden when inventory is low.
  5. If the issue persists, contact DSers and Shopify support for assistance.

I have the same issue. What am I expecting is because I didn’t have any paid subscription on dsers … if I access the Sales channel Setting/Automatic Inventory Update it is set to ā€œDo nothingā€ for everything and If I want to change it asking me to " Upgrade plan - Please UPGRADE to enjoy the paid feature and extend the resource limitation."
So may the problem of ā€œsold outā€ comes intentionally from dsers to make the users to subscribe for paid features.

Oke actually i was wrong. The problem is not because of your dsers subscription. It is because you need to set up the shipment zones and costs in your Shopify store. If you set that then the inventory will be correctly shown and the ā€œsold outā€ label will disappear.
