Importing 10,0000 Bulk Orders to A Development Store

Hi,

How can I import 10,0000 bulk orders into a development store?

I need to have access to editing order details in a csv and uploading the sheet.

Or

Using an API from shopify of some sort.

All apps that allow this only allow on free version and theres not enough on the free for this many orders.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

If you have access to the back-end of the store that you’re migrating from, then you’d want to use a migration service like Cart2Cart or LitExtension (or else hire a Shopify Partner to handle it for you).

If you have a CSV file with all of the order details, then you could use the Matrixify app (https://apps.shopify.com/excel-export-import). Their $50 plan allows for uploads of up to 10,000 orders at once. You can remove the app after you’ve finished uploading the orders, so that you’re not charged again the following month.

Thank you for suggesting the use of the Matrixify app.

You sure can use Matrixify to bulk import Orders into your Shopify store.

This is done by importing a file in the Matrixify Orders template file.

You can test the app and its process with free Demo plan that supports up to 10 Orders at a time.

To do larger bulk imports you indeed would need to select a paid subscription plan in the app.

Do note that if you already have paid Matrixify plan in your other store then we do offer 1 free store per every 1 paid store.

Thus you can activate the same plan for free in your development store by linking it to the store that has a paid app plan.
