Importing products from and Syncing with vend point of sale

Hi We’ve recently decided to introduce vend point of sale and were told the integration would be easy but vend is not syncing /importing all the products is there anyone that has had the same problem and is there a bug ?

Was there a change that occurred on your Vend or Shopify accounts, that may have impacted on how your products are syncing between the two platforms?

For example, from experience if your Shopify store went in to a frozen state at any point, then the connection between your Vend and Shopify accounts may have been broken. This can often lead to issues with product sync, and the best way to check if there are any sync or connection issues with your products is to reach out to Vend’s support team so that they can take a look at your account from their end. Out of curiosity, is there a specific reason you’re using Vend for your store’s POS system?
