1.Make Hero banner truly captivating
With just a glance over hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. Therefore, I recommend Hero Banner are designed with the most captivating images of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).
2. Adding CTA link for banner
I see you put the banner âFree Delivery on all orders over ÂŁ35.00 + Mystery gift!â at the top of the website that shows a very strong call to action. But for sales boost, you can leverage it to attach the link of product page/discounts/purchase, etc.
3. Complete your Homepage with those parts: value proposition - best seller - footer
As a customer, I would say that your Homepage hasnât offered enough information for me to build trust then to purchase. Therefore, I suggest the addition of Value Proposition - Best seller Products (boosting purchase intention) - Footer (showing other information: address, social media links, etc.)
4. Include Categories in Catalog page
It would be nicer to have such categories in Catalog page instead of on your Homepage as we often shop in the Catalog, and lacking it discourages me from exploring more products.
5. Add product images with trademark
To boost prestige, it would be nice if you put your logo into each product image like this to show your own brand identity.
6. Ensuring including the ranking in Product Preview
I was really amazed by the preview of featured collection on the Homepage that includes ranking. However, when I look through products in the Catalog, the ranking disappears. So I really suggest the consistent addition of ranking in product preview.
7. Leveraging the full potential of FAQ and Contact us
I notice that you have both FAQ and Contact us page, which are however are not attractively designed and might discourage me.
To make it better, you could consider refining the FAQ and âContact Usâ page. These are essential for helping customers quickly find answers or reach out for support, which can significantly enhance their shopping experience.
