Impulse Text Slider or App or Custom Any Ideas?

Hi,

im looking to make a text slider with boxes like the pictures to display my subcollections. I don’t need them to automatically be added I can add links myself I’m just not sure how to set it up or if there’s an app that someone can suggest. My site is https://luxurymrkt.com
