impulse theme header and currency

Hey Everyone,

I’m new using impulse theme. I would need some help please.

I would like my header looks like this: with the up menu up to the logo. RN I just have the normal logo menu

If someone is familiar with impulse. How to get the currency converter come with the theme. To make it look like this on footer:
