We are going to change our theme to impulse, when testing, we found the category title cannot move out of the image. Is there any code and where to add it?

The product images in particular are stunning, and they are very unlike other jewellery store product images, which makes this very unique!
The homepage alone is enough to see that your store has its own personality, but a way to further expand on this would be to add an About us page.
The reason I suggest this is because in the jewellery industry, customers often look for a store with some background and personality, - this may influence their choice of one jewellery store over another for a purchase as special as an engagement ring.
