In a preview theme, how do I make the background stay?

As you can see here, the background is also moving while I scroll. I want to make it stay. How do I do that please. I’m a newbie so a detailed instructions would help!

You’re using different background images for different sections, and the backgrounds appear fixed. They are not moving. The rest of the page is moving while they stay still.

What, exactly, do you want to “stay”?
