Hi there, I have been building my store for weeks now, and encountered a major issue. In my products, on the right hand side where it says Active, which it’s set too, then underneath is publishing, I have my sales channels all there, and online store. It’s online store it’s sitting at scheduled and will not budge from there, there is no bin for me to get rid of it, however says remove schedule but this is in grey and will not allow me to click on it. Then I go into schedule gives me date and time, click on that and it does not turn green. I have tried everything possible to fix this, contacted support but been unsuccessful in every way. I just don’t know what to do anymore, the frustration is immense and putting a severe hold on everything. If anyone can help with what could be a deeper routed issue, like glitches, the system anything at all thank you kindly

Hi MerchantMaven, thanks for your response. I have tried everything and when I say everything I mean everything, all of the above has been done a fair number of times, and unfortunately still the issue is there. I think your right now reaching out to higher support and logging this, is the next option. As really need this resolved as I’m stuck and can’t move forward.
