There were only two options are showing the main navigation is not showing please help me.

Resolution:
Shopify has relocated the Navigation menus section. The new location is:
- Content → Menus (previously under Online Store > Navigation)
Multiple users confirmed this solution worked after struggling to find navigation settings in the expected location. The issue appears to stem from a recent Shopify interface update that moved this feature without clear communication to users.

That is definitely strange to be missing the additional Online Store options. I recommend going through some local troubleshooting steps to rule out any issues.
First, make sure to update the Shopify app as well as your device’s OS. Next, clear the app’s cache. If you are using an iPhone you will:

Navigate to the native ‘Settings’ application on your iOS device.

Navigate to the Shopify app within the
Settings. -
Toggle ‘Remove all sessions on next launch’ to ‘ON’

Theme name: Spotlight. glam-life9.myshopify.com . I remove the password

Hmm… By default you should be able to select the main navigation by going to Online Store > Customize > Click “Header” bar > Select Main Menu. You may want to install a new instance of the Spotlight theme from the Theme Store and try from there. I have just did that to a test and it appears to work. See here: https://colorad.myshopify.com/

Can you check it. Is anyone thing to do with it or its fine. But there is no navigation option how can i make products pages on my store
Right now there are example products and pages. You don’t need pages to add the main menu to the top. Again, here are the directions:
Online Store > Customize > Click “Header” bar > Select Main Menu

Thank you! This worked great for me too. After searching online and chats and everyone just pointing to ‘navigation’ (there is nothing like that), or to do the equivalent of clearing your cache, this is the solution.
