In the Prestige theme, is it possible to make the last nav item a button?

Hi,

I’m using the Prestige theme, and I want to make the last item in my navigation a button or at least be able to place a button inline with the navigation. I have been able to style the last nav item somewhat similar to a button on desktop, but no dice on mobile. Any help would be appreciated.
