5 days ago our company store went down with the message of “this store is currently unavailable”. We have contacted customer support, but it takes about 24 hours to get any response to each message we sent. We need our store back up ASAP, and I am not sure how to go about it. It seems like an issue that would be solved in 15 minutes if I could get customer support on the phone. Any advice here?
Hey @venzee1
I am sorry to hear about this, I understand that this is a less than ideal situation. Did you receive any form of correspondence from us when this issue occurred, such as an email explaining why the store is unavailable? If so, that email will be your direct line to the team handling this and replying there will be the quickest way to get this resolved. I understand some replies may take approximately 24 hours, this is because the team needs this time to process the information provided and revert back to you with an update.
With that said, if it has been 5 days and you haven’t heard anything from us about this particular issue, then I would encourage you to reach out to our live support here. Once you are logged in as the Account Owner, one of our advisors can take a closer look at the account and provide instructions on next steps.
For security & privacy reasons we have no access to account specifics here on the community forums, so I am unable to provide any insight as to the reasons why this happened.
Hi Rick,
We have had maybe 20 back and forths via email and have established the account owner is the person responding. We were told that at this point we would be sent next steps, but that has not happened. We can’t access live support because it makes us log in to the store, which is inactive, and brings me right back to this discussion area.
