Inactive account with purchasing monthly plan

Hello to Shopify Support Team Centre, This me Syed Sheraazi, I’m contacting you through my active store “Efficientenergy.store” but my concerns about newly transffered store on my gmail 5 days ago “supercleverbots.com”. I had some issue while purchasing the plan and after 2 days my another store got inactive by shopify.

For more information, “Supercleverbots.com” designed by my web designer through “Shopify partner Account” and then ownership was transferred on my mail.My another store “Supercleverbots.com” is inactive i want it back to me and i’ll purchase monthly subscription of $39
