My store was in review for a week andi recently opened a Corpoaration just to start dropshipping business, Paid almost over 1K$ to open my Corporation,and now the “Shopify Trust & Safety Team” said (we won’t be able to help with your business and marked it as high fraud). All i did was bring traffic, and few sales received. I am now waiting for the Shopify Trust team to respond to my email as i have asked them if i can provide more documents about my business to fully verify it. Please also get a better team to review these stuff and more seriously taken care as you cant just shut down any business without a good reason.
if you are going to open a new Shopify store, i suggest you have a lot of free time first and nerves to deal with these Teams as they will take over a week for a review and sometimes they will close your store without a good reason. I recommend you moving into a different ecommerce platform till they change the support teams they currently have.
