Inconsistencies with issued store credit - Rise.ai

TL:DR - Rise.ai has been inconsistent with its reward workflows since July and their support/tech team has not exactly been the best in resolving my reported errors. Anyone else have problems like inconsistent reward issues with Rise.ai? Or any other problems with Rise.ai in general?

We’ve been using Rise.ai for about two years now and in July of this year, we were notified by one of our team members that customers were receiving rewards from multiple workflows (sometimes duplicates from the same workflow) after an order when only one or none of the workflows should have been issuing a reward.

After reviewing the orders, accounts, rewards, etc., I also noticed that not every customer account on the Rise.ai admin side would show a customer’s “lifetime spent” total so I reported both to Rise.ai’s chat support. Through mid-September there is back and forth of me confirming/updating if their implemented fixes are working. At this point, the workflows are issuing the proper rewards but the “lifetime spent” total is still not synced. I then received a reply saying that “Currently this isn’t prioritized and it will take a while for it to be solved.”

Fast forward to the latter half of October and the workflows are back issuing the wrong amount of rewards. A new, but similar error started in November and a few days ago, I deactivated the two workflows we have on my own accord and created new ones to replicate them (with some minor tweeks) and today I find the same problems.

Does anyone have any similar problems with Rise.ai? What makes things more frustrating is the lack of search filters or “advanced” search options, not even being able to export search results, and the application itself on the admin side just feeling so incomplete. Appreciate any time taken to read through all this and any replies. I’ve been keeping a timeline documenting when errors are reported to me, when any workflow edits are made, and pretty much any detail that pertains with me interacting with Rise.ai since July so if there’s anything specific I should look out for, that would be appreciated as well.
