Was your issue ever resolved? I have the exact same issue and I’ve spent endless hours trying to get someone from the Shopify tax dept to acknowledge me and help resolve. My accountant is now involved and I might have to retain an attorney. They need to at least correct it to an EIN for 2024 but they haven’t even made that possible for me. Let me know if you finally have resolution and how you got yours corrected.
