We are having customer facing currency issues with our Australian customers which is causing quite a bit of confusion. We are very keen to get this resolved as soon as possible and would appreciate any assistance.
We have set up shopify markets so our Australian customers only see AUD pricing. Over the past month we have had customers from Australia highlight currency inconsistencies from Shopping cart to checkout.
An example below:
- Our Australian customers are seeing AUD pricing when they initially jump on the website.
- When they jump into their shopping cart to have a look at what they have selected they are then seeing our NZ pricing in NZD.
- Once they hit checkout the pricing switches back to the AUD pricing with the correct amount due.
It seems to be an issue at shopping cart level.
Any suggestions on how we can resolve this would be great.
