Incorrect UPS Shipping Label Adjustments Disputes

We are having numerous shipping label adjustments. We started taking photos of our larger packages and disputed. The first couple of disputes were corrected but now all disputes are answered the same answer of carrier audits show adjustments are correct as scanners are calibrated correctly. I have provided photo evidence of the labeled packages and the disputes are still denied. These adjustments are hundreds of dollars a month.. and the time I waste on photographing shipments and filing disputes adds to it.

Hi Dawn, I have been hit with incorrect adjustments as well. I contacted support several weeks ago to dispute them, but some were past the dispute timeframe. The adjustments were from UPS, USPS and DHL. I never heard back from support on the status of the price adjustments that were eligible for dispute.

I am trying to find a convenient report that identifies shipping adjustments to make the dispute process easier going forward.
