Go to section folder - collection-template.liquid
find large–one-third in {%- assign grid_item_width = ‘medium–one-half large–one-third’ -%}
then change one-third to one-quarter

I have a full guide for you on how you can do this for the Brooklyn theme here - you just have to scroll down to that section in the post. Before you make any changes to the code, I recommend you duplicate your theme following these steps - this is to allow for errors on the copy without touching your main theme.
