Adding custom embroidery options with custom code can be complicated and time-consuming. Instead, you can easily and quickly achieve this with a third-party app. If you change your mind and decide to explore this option, I recommend trying the Easify Product Options app.
Here’s an example of how you can use the app to set up your custom options 
:
- Create a new option set:
- Add a Text Box for customers to enter the text for embroidery, with an add-on price (extra price) as you want:
- Include a Checkbox for customers to select if they want to add additional objects, such as a Flower pattern on the embroidery:
- You can add more custom options as per your requirements.
- Finally, assign the option set to the relevant products on your site.
