Hello everyone,

Hello @angelina-new-user, for us it’s conversion, hands down. Traffic and loyalty both scale with money and time, but conversion is the one that exposes every weak spot at once - slow load, unclear value prop, checkout friction. We usually start by watching a few real session recordings before touching ads or a loyalty program, since that tells you exactly where people bail. Fix that first and the other two get easier.
Hey @angelina-new-user ,
For me, getting targeted traffic is important, but converting that traffic is probably the bigger challenge. There’s not much value in bringing more visitors if the store isn’t giving them a good enough reason to purchase.
Right now, I’d focus on improving the overall shopping experience, product pages, and checkout flow first. Once conversion is in a good place, building customer loyalty becomes much easier.
Thank You!
preserving conversion rates while preserving sustainable customer acquisition costs (CAC) is now the most challenging aspect. While driving traffic is costly, most retailers struggle to drive high-intent traffic that truly converts on mobile.
Building client loyalty (LTV) has become our top priority because advertising expenditures are still quite high. Setting up strong post-buy flows, email/SMS retention, and subscription/loyalty benefits are what really maintain a company profitable, even while getting the first transaction is difficult. Retention keeps the lights on, but acquisition gets them through the door.
