Hello, I’m struggling within an issue I have since a couple of weeks and I do not know if it caused by an external app the theme by itself.
When an user add an item to the cart, every time the user refresh a page (doesen’t matter which one) in the shop. It will create a new ID in the abandoned check-out.

And because of this, if the option to send emails to customers with abandoned checkout is active, the user (in the picture as example) will receive 3 same email about his abandoned checkout…it happens also that a user received more than 10 of the same emails.
I have the Slide Cart & Cart Drawer - TCC app installed thinking it was it to cause the issue but I got the same abandoned cart duplications even with the app disabled, plus I do not know if would be better to test it with uninstalling the app completly, if make any differences or not.
