Infinite Options selections not visible in orders through Shop App

I am having issues with orders placed through the Shop app.

I manage a clothing brand. We use Shopify variants for Size, and Infinite Options for Colour. Whenever someone checks out using the Shop app I can’t see what colour they have chosen. It’s not an option to switch to using Shopify variants for colour as the colour selections are determined by Collections (different collections for different kinds of fabric for example).
