I ran into a general issue when using themes. I use an external inventory management system that I connected via Shopify’s API. It imports the standard information for our products: Header, item description etc., plus some Metadata.
It works flaweless with the “Dawn” theme but I ran into a lot of themes that were not able to display this automatically imported data.
E.g. here a screenshot of the “Ride” theme (the font is not set to white, I checked that. The text boxes are actually empty).
Is there any way to resolve this issue? And if so, is it a problem within the theme itself?
I’d appreciate some insight, thanks!
