Inquire Now button not working

I am currently trying to add a “Inquire” button in addition to the “buy” button on each product page.

I came across this tutorial below and followed the directions, and the new button shows up on the product page, but I cannot get it to do anything. When I click on it, nothing happens. Any advice on what’s going wrong here?

Or does anyone have a better solution for this?

I’m using the Studio theme.

It seems like you are having a theme issue. If a button is not working properly despite, being added correctly, the issue is coming directly with the theme. You might want to reach out to your theme developer so, they can further check the back-end of your theme and see if any coding might affect your button causing this issue.
