Hi, I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram to my Shopify store for the past 6-7 months, but it still says “under review.” Does anyone know why this might be happening? - Your business is located in the Supported country?
- You sell physical products (Digital products/services are not allowed).
- Did you follow the Facebook & Instagram commerce policies?
- Either your Facebbok & Instagram Business or Creator account? (Because personal account not allowed).
