Hi all,

Recently I built a Shopify store and put my link in bio. Within 5 minutes, Instagram had removed my link from the bio with this message:
“You can’t access certain features right now. We remove links with:
• Spam
• Support of terrorism..?
• Solicitation of sexual services
• Sale of firearms or drugs”

^ none of which are remotely close to my store

I can’t get any help from Instagram support and have no idea how to fix this. Most of my traffic comes from IG as well so it’s really hurting my business.

I believe the issue here might be that its viewing it as a spam link? I have no other explanation for the other reasons IG gave me as all I’m selling on my store is clothing.

If anyone has any idea of a solution, please let me know! I’d be happy to send you some clothes from my brand in exchange lol.

One other thing I noticed, it told customers when they clicked that "the link your following to redirects to (my website with a bunch of numbers after the backslash) and that it may be malicious)
so that seems to be the issue - could be something with the code?

Hi there, I am also receiving the Spam message from my IG link to my Shopify website, were you able to resolve this? I have reported the issue to IG but have not received any solutions from them? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I know for certain it is affecting my business. Thank you. TSM1
