Hi! Checkout on Facebook and Instagram is supported by Meta, so you will need to contact their support team regarding this error message. You can use the Get Support link within the Facebook & Instagram sales channel in your Shopify admin. If you see any error messages on the Shopify checkout, please contact Shopify Support via the Help Center.
