Instagram Shop Gets Rejected for "Add to Cart" button

Hi there,

I recently moved my website to Shopify and added official “Facebook & Instagram” app as sales channel. While I was trying to create an Instagram shop, I got rejected by saying that:

Upon checking the domain provided, we were unable to verify that products are available for direct purchase. To use Instagram Shopping, the products must be sold, and buyers must be able to fully checkout from the domain submitted for review.

So I didn’t understand and talked to the Meta Pro support, at the end they said that:

because you are having problem with your Instagram shop that is not visible and to resolve this we just advised you to change your add to cart option from your website to buy now or check out.

So they want me to remove “Add to Cart” button in the product page and add “Buy now” or “Check out” button. Is there any way to do this? Or has anyone received such request from Meta?

Thanks for your reply. I have been using the same domain name for a while and I can see that each product has its own domain name. I don’t know what is the problem with the domain name.
