I noticed a few days ago that everytime I tried to tag a product on my instgram the app would crash and close. I’ve now noticed that my “view shop” button on instgram has disappeared and I am unable to tag any products, just crashes the app. Up until a few days ago I was able to tag products with no issues. No idea how to fix this? Have checked in my commerce manager and in shopify and my instagram and FB shop channels are all active. I haven’t made any changes to my settings. I can click on old posts to find my shop/products however on any new post I can’t tag. Help please!
Instagram is behaving strangely for a few days, but I am sure this is just a glitch. as soon as they came to know about this thing, they will solve it.
Just make sure the app is up to date.

I understand you’re having difficulties with product tagging on Instagram and are no longer able to see the View Shop button on your Instagram account.
In regards to the app closing while product tagging, you’ll need to report a technical problem directly to Instagram as this is populating within the app.
For your second question, are there any error messages within your Shopify admin > Facebook Sales Channel section indicating that customers can no longer checkout on Facebook and Instagram? If the View Shop button is missing on Instagram, you may see the following error messages in your Facebook Sales Channel in Shopify: “Customers can no longer checkout directly on Facebook and Instagram” or “Something went wrong.” If this is the case, I recommend reaching out to our support team via the Shopify Help Center so we can take a closer look at the Facebook Sales Channel for further troubleshooting.
