Instagram Shop Invisible Hidden

Hi everyone,

I’ve connected my Shopify store (sama-visage.art) to Meta via the Facebook & Instagram by Meta sales channel, and while the integration seems partially working, my shop is not going live on Instagram or Facebook. However, it was showing weeks ago and it seems suddenly stopped showing.

The Shop tab is not appearing on my Instagram profile, and the Commerce Manager shop preview shows ‘Shop preview unavailable’ for my region (Europe).

I’m based in Italy. Using Shopify and the official Facebook & Instagram by Meta app.

The best and easiest way to add the Pixel Code in the end of theme file before the body tag.

Once you add the code, then delete the app. The code alone will handle the tracking etc.
