I have connected my Shopify store to an Instagram Shop. Things are working pretty well, but for some products, the main thumbnail on the Instagram Shop is not the main thumbnail I selected for the product on the Shopify product page. You can see the “desktop” style thumbnail for some of my desk mats here on the website (which displays correctly):
But on Instagram Shop it uses one of the other thumbnails. (I used the FB Instagram previewer to get a screenshot, but this happens when I actually look at the Instagram Shop on mobile, too):
I tried re-arranging the thumbnails to see if that would cause it to work. It actually did work for one product yesterday, but it never worked again for any other products. I’ve also tried removing and re-adding the products to the Instagram/Facebook channel, but that had no effect.
