Almost a week ago I set up Facebook shop to my shopify catolgue. I connected my instagram account the same day, and my commerce account was instantly approved. It has been stuck on “website in review” ever since. Does anyone have any suggestions for this?
Hi, did you manage to get your page out of review mode ? Mine is also stuck in review mode and I can’t get it out if it.

So I am pretty certain you would have a similar issue; there’s a section in commerce manager where you need to link your domain. However, to expedite your issues, I would contact Facebook. To my surprise, they were very helpful and acted quickly to resolve the issue. If you select “Facebook & Instagram” under the sales channel on the left of your screen, there is a “get support” link at the top of the page that connects you directly to Meta support. Hopefully this helps you guys, I’ve shared a screenshot with the link on where to contact them.
On Commerce Manager, go to Settings, click Catalog, under Websites - click Not submitted. You should see the domain you’ve been trying to link, on the right hand side click Submit. The rep said I should get verified quickly because I have a verified domain. My fingers are crossed while typing this hoping my instagram shop will finally be up and running.
