Hello -

I have run many sign-up forms before via Klaviyo et al but I am now noticing that if I run an ad on say Instagram and the user clicks on the ad they view the website in an Instagram web viewer versus a regular browser and when this happens it seems to not show the sign up form anymore which is a huge issue. Has anybody else run into this and what are the solutions? Thanks! :slightly_smiling_face:

I know your post is a year old now but did you ever get a fix - I’m having the same problem and it’s SUPER frustrating!!!
