wir schalten Werbeanzeigen auf Instagram.
Bei manchen Handys passiert folgendes: Ich klicke auf die Werbeanzeige bei Instagram und der IN-App Browser öffnet sich und zeigt unsere Website pureandgreat.de an. Jetzt kann ich aber nichts Klicken! Der Bildschirm ist wie eingefroren, wie ein Sceenshot, alles ohne Funktion.
Noch seltsamer ist: bei mir und meinem Handy passiert das, bei meinem Mitarbeiter, der das identische Handy hat, passiert das nicht und er kann ganz normal bestellen. Ich nutze Google, allerdings passiert das nachweißlich auch auf einem Samsung. Auch potentielle Kunden mahnten schon an, dass es nicht geht. Aber wie gesagt, bei manchen geht es ganz normal.
PS: Wenn ich in der InApp “In Chrome anzeigen” klicke, dann läuft alles Top.
Was kann ich tun? Vielleicht liegt es an einer installierten APP?
