A merchant has installed our payment app (CRED pay), which is being used by multiple other merchants seamlessly as well. They have installed the app and put in the correct credentials and applied the changes however it is not reflecting on the store checkout. We have verified from our end and everything is applied correctly. Also tried un-installing and re-installing the app however that is not working either. Sharing some screenshots that show everything has been correctly installed.
