Installing Marco Calculator to website page (HTML, JAVA and CSS)

HI All

Looking for some help with the below.

I recently purchased this macro calculator in HTML:

The company I purchased this off said it can be inserted into a shopify website using an app (see link below for details:

Upon downloading the zip folder containing the calculator it contains the following files (attached in photos)

I’m looking for someone familiar with the above to do a paid job installing this macro calculator into a page on my Shopify account.
