does anyone know exactly how to install this in your website? I tried using snapchats guide but still no clue in how to properly install it right. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Congrats on giving Snapchat a try, it is a great place to get customers for a lower cpm!
How are you trying to do the setup and these changes? It used to be done by code but now you can just do it with the Snapchat Ads app from the app store https://apps.shopify.com/snapchat-ads

I had to install the Snapchat pixel via google tag manager, but do I also have to put the code in my Shopify store to? Last time I had had 175 add to cart and 105 purchases from Snapchat ads, but it didn’t show up on my Shopify store
