I am using Tradevine as my product database and customer logging. I have 3 accounts, one in each large city in NZ. When an order is created on my website it goes onto Tradevine automatically. But when a customer is based in one of the big cities the order moves from the main Tradevine screen to one of the other accounts. Customers then receive an email that says “order cancelled”.
Is there any advice to stop this?
