Interchange fees: How to find credit card transaction report?

It sounds like you are looking to find a report on the amount of credit card fees you paid out? You can do this by the following steps:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin and locate the “Settings” section.

  2. Click on the dropdown menu and choose “Payment providers.”

  3. Look for the “Shopify Payments” section and select “Manage.”

  4. Once you’re on the Shopify Payments settings page, scroll down to the “Review payout details” section.

  5. In the “Transaction fees” area, there will be a table showing your Shopify Payments fees for each transaction within the chosen period. You can modify the date range using the available filters.

  6. Keep in mind that this section only displays Shopify Payments fees. Fees from other payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe will not be visible here.
