Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that in the last few days, the interface for creating shipping labels has changed.
DETAILS: The new layout is causing issues with the rate calculations, making it difficult to use effectively. I preferred the previous interface where rates were clearly calculated and displayed.
Can anyone provide advice or a solution to revert to the previous layout or fix this issue? I’ve attached a screen capture of the current interface for reference.

Shopify’s shipping label interface has changed, and reverting isn’t possible. Here’s how to cope:
- Report issue to Shopify Support: Highlight unclear rate calculations.
- Explore workarounds in the new interface:
- Use “More rates” for additional options.
- Hover over rates to see details (if available).
- Consider alternative shipping apps: These might offer clearer interfaces.

Unfortunately you need to go to the help chat and ask to talk to a Support Advisor. Don’t even begin to tell them your issue…just ask for a Support Advisor. Then have some concrete business problems that you can state that will explain to them the consequences of their changes. i.e. causing errors!! Thx
I HATE the new menu. Not functional at all
I absolutely hate the new layout. So many extra buttons and isn’t efficient at all.
