Interfering apps Stackable discounts and referral apps

Hi, I’m running a pre-order business where people can get discounts if they order wholesale quantities. The discounts are stacked (2.5% with x items, 5% with y items and 10% with z items). I use an app for it that “took over” my cart and use draft orders in the back office to create the discounted orders while customers are going through the check out process.

The issue is that the app also controls my discount feature and the discount field you normally see in check out. I can not use any customized discounts myself and I can not install a referral app as the discount field can not recognise the automatic created discount codes by the referral app.

Does anyone has a suggestion what to do or maybe what apps I could use in the combi?

If I was you I would probably reach out directly to the app you’re currently using, maybe they have faced this problem before?

yes I did and they acknowledged it was a problem where they don’t have a work around for in place.
