I’m looking to use two print on demand suppliers for the exact same items to increase speed and lower shipping costs to customers across two continents.
Is there a way to set this up on Shopify within one store?

Do you POD suppliers have API ? If so, Custom APP will be your solution. Put logic on Custom app based on your need.
