International Shipping Error on Checkout

Hi, i am having trouble getting international shipping going. I have created a new zone for international shipping in my shipping profile and activated the market. I have also added a shipping rate for it

When I go to do a test order and enter an international addressI get a message that reads

“Shipping Not Available - Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address”

Please help, as I have already checked other community forums without much luck :disappointed_face:

note: i tried to attach screenshots of my page settings but can’t attach jpg files for some reason? only csv…?

Configure a flat rate for the USA as well, and check whether you can see the flat rate for international shipping. This will ensure that your shipping profile setup for international is correct.

If this is good, then next, verify whether the from and recipient addresses you are trying to use are serviceable by Sendle.
