International Shipping from Canada to Australia - All preferred services are ineligible for this order

Hi there,

I have an order that came in from the Shop app, I am located in Canada and the destination is Australia so I would be shipping via Canada Post.

The customer selected the shipping method I do have configured (Tracked Packet International) but when I go to purchase a shipping label, all I get is “All preferred services are ineligible for this order.” with the only option is to purchase a shipping label from DHL for 4x the amount.

I’ve confirmed that package dimensions and weight are all within Tracked Packet requirements, I ship the same parcels when purchased via my Etsy store. Besides, even if they weren’t there’s quite a few other International options offered by Canada Post and none of these are offered, just the single DHL Express Worldwide.

Just curious if anyone else has encountered this or can suggest what I might check so that I can get my order dispatched.
