We are looking to upgrade our inventory management.
However, because we are a manufacturer we’d like to track inventory on a ‘lower’ level than the products in our store. Because of another feature, we already have the components listed in the Product metafields.
So it would be great if there is an inventory mngt app that could track inventory based off metafields.

I’m assuming you make your products using certain components whose inventory cannot be tracked in Shopify.
We have an app called Fusion Inventory which can enable you to track product inventory by tracking the raw materials used to make them. The app keeps product inventory in sync with raw materials inventory. Here’s the user guide
