Inventory for Web Checking The Wrong Places/

Hi there,

I’ve noticed lately, that the inventory for our backend is getting jumbled, and I’ve had strange stuff happening.

Essentially, we just opened a new store, and the inventory for that store is being checked for the web, whenever a web order is fulfilled. That’s normal, and is working as intended, however, I noticed that it will select items to be fulfilled for web orders at locations that do not have the item in stock.

I’ll place an example of this happening below, with a hat we sell that says “DILF” on it.

So here is an order that came through this morning, where three items are said to be coming from our Naperville store. However, when I look at the individual stock for the DILF hat, we have not sold any of this hat at our Naperville location within the last week, and this order came in earlier this morning, Thursday February 2023.

So when we go to the product page for the DILF hat and look to see what the inventory counts are:

You’ll notice that the inventory at Naperville has gone from 0 to -1, and the inventory count of 1 at Vashon has not been altered, despite the fact that this web order should pull the item from our Vashon inventory.

Does anybody know why this would be? We do have all of our stores set up to fulfill web orders, so it can’t be that this individual store is not activated to fulfill web orders.

Subsequently, this happens with any order involving the Vashon location. If anyone has any insight as to why this is happening, please let me know!
