Hey there! The issue I had was with an app I had installed at the time. Basically, an item was automatically added to their cart whenever someone went to checkout (which was supposed to happen) but that item had nothing in stock.

Setting - Location and check this "Fulfill online orders from this location

Inventory at this location is available for sale online.
