Inventory Management w/ Customization Variants

I was hoping someone could help out store out with tracking our inventory through Shopify.

We sell a product that can be customized in three ways: Adding their logo, adding text, or adding a monogram.

These three customization options are currently listed as variants but these options don’t affect the quantity of our product.

How can we manage our inventory of products and add customization without having to add a variant that needs a quantity? I hope this makes sense.

For example, let’s say all we sell is a white t-shirt and we only have 100 white t-shirts in inventory. But we allow customization of this t-shirt with a logo or whatever text they want. Right now we have those two options as variants but those variants won’t affect how many white t-shirts we own. So how can we add customization drop down options without them being a variant?
